big fat crazy bonus

today i was called into one of the partners offices and heard the dreaded, "close the door".

He had a pink slip in his hand and said "sorry, you're fired".

hoo hooo hhaahaaa. Then we laaaughed and laaaaughed because mock firing is so funny.

then he gave me a cheque which i tried my darndest not to look at and said thank you quite a lot of times and blushed at the compliments and asked for my own office (more laughter ensues much to my chagrin) and then went into the washroom and jumped for joy at the fact that i can be bought.

I am in love with my slow cooker. in love i say. i made a roast yesterday that was mother worthy. Tomorrow i plan on making some turkey soup (with homemade stock thank you very much).

harry potter tomorrow. oh yes. i'm in.
